  • Never go to bed with makeup on, no matter what.

2. Take care of your hair

We all want shiny, healthy hair. All the dirt, pollution, and sweat are destroying hair’s natural health.

Oil your hair at least once per week with coconut oil, almond oil, or olive oil. Avoid heat styling such as straighteners, curlers, and blow-drying.

You can use Aloe vera face masks, or baking soda and sugar scrubs to achieve glowing skin.

4. You may avoid Mascara

You don’t have to use Mascara to make your eyes appear wider. Coconut oil or almond oil can be used on your lashes to make them attain the same look.

To make your eyes appear bigger and more beautiful, you can use vaseline to coat your lashes and brush them with a brush.

We often fail to realize the impact our food has on our health. Healthy eating is the best way to have healthy skin. A healthy diet should include a variety of fruits, vegetables, and proteins. You should also drink lots of water throughout the day.

Always carry a bottle of water with you wherever you go. Water intake of at least 8 glasses a day can help reduce wrinkles, soften skin and remove toxins.

6. Good sleep is essential
