I don’t know if you’re surprised at how quickly things can get messy in your house. I know, I am!
We can end up with dirty dishes all over the kitchen, toothpaste splatters all around the bathroom sink, mirror, and papers everywhere, seemingly out of nowhere.
After many years of going through this, I realized that I did not have to clean the entire house every day if I just performed a few small and quick tasks each day.
Most of us believe that the future will bring more time. So, we keep postponing things we could easily do now.
It is easy to put off chores until a magical time. Simple, consistent cleaning is key to maintaining a tidy house.
This way, we can live in constant order and enjoy our daily lives.
Every night, run your dishwasher and empty it every morning
It doesn’t matter if the dishwasher is full or empty, you should get into the habit of running it and emptying it each day. You should load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher as they are used, rather than piling them up in your sink.
It’s easy for dishes to pile up quickly and make your kitchen look messy. It used to take me forever to unload my dishwasher after it was done cleaning. It is important to be proactive and have a place to put the dirty dishes right away.
It’s amazing how quick it takes, especially if you keep on top of it.
A dishwasher can be unloaded quickly in under 5 minutes.
You’ll also only need to place your dirty dishes inside the dishwasher instead of first putting them in the sink to pile them transferring to the dishwasher.

Your mail should be processed as soon as it arrives
Many homes are plagued by paper clutter. Sort through the mail as soon as it arrives. If you still have paper bills in your mail, open them up and place them in a designated area to be paid off later.
You can either shred sensitive and private information or use this method to conceal personal information.
A basket kept in our pantry collects all the junk mail and ads. I empty it into the nearby paper recycling bin whenever full.
My mail processing skills were so poor that we had to have our electricity shut off because we were late on our payments.
The bills were placed in random stacks of mail. This solved my procrastination about opening mail!
The bills are there, regardless of whether we open them. It’s better to be aware of what and where they are. Ignorance is not bliss.
Do Laundry Often
My family is small so I don’t have to do loads every day. While I always do the right thing when it comes to washing laundry, I am not perfect.
One day, I’ll do laundry. Another day, someone else. Then, our towels. Finally, our sheets.
The best thing about dryers and washing machines is that they almost do all of the work.
I typically throw a load of laundry in the washer in the morning. Then, I place it in the dryer and fold it quickly before putting it away.

Make your bed
A few years ago, I began to incorporate making my bed into my morning routine.
It would be a surprise if it took you more than a minute. Don’t try to be perfect. Just do it as quickly and smoothly as possible, then arrange the pillows.
This is a quick way to give your bedroom a facelift!
Time taken approximately: 1 minute
Wipe down countertops and keep them clean
This shouldn’t take too much time since you have already done your dishes and processed your mail.
Disinfecting wipes are a great way to clean countertops. You can also use a spray bottle with vinegar and water, a paper towel, or a washcloth to clean the countertops.
Once you are comfortable with cleaning the kitchen counters, you can add the bathroom surfaces next.
It takes approximately 3 minutes.
One small area can be cleaned
While the outcome of cleaning will vary from one day to another, it is important to complete at least one new task every day.
You could do a quick dusting and cleaning of the bathroom, the kitchen, or any other task that needs your touch on that day.
You won’t feel overwhelmed by the housework if you only take care of one task at a time.
It takes approximately 7 minutes
Conclusion:-
I hope that you find this method of tidying up your home in less than 30 minutes per day inspirational!
It’s great that the 30 minutes are spread over the day so it doesn’t eat up your extra time.
It doesn’t have to be overwhelming to do all of these things simultaneously. Just do them one at a time.
After one week, you’ll get used to it. Take it one at a time, dear friend. You can be sure that you have this!
